I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the care and communication I received from your office regarding my son. After returning from Africa, my son became ill, and I was specifically concerned about the possibility of malaria. I spent the entire day trying to get guidance from your office. I made multiple phone calls and left multiple messages before finally receiving a call back from a physician who was very difficult to understand. Despite my clearly explaining that my concern was malaria following recent travel to Africa, and that he needed a test for it, I was told that my son needed to be seen in the office. I was also told that someone would call me immediately to schedule an appointment. After waiting and receiving no call, I contacted the office again and insisted on speaking with someone at our home office. Only then was I informed that our regular physician was not in the office that day and that we would need to be seen at another location. The staff member there scheduled an appointment, and we went immediately. I’ve been to several Pediatric Associates locations over the years, and unfortunately, this one has been my least favorite. I will likely avoid scheduling appointments here in the future. My first experience was a few years ago with my older daughter. We had a back-to-school physical scheduled after transferring from another provider. I made sure her records were faxed well in advance, but when I arrived for the appointment, I was told they hadn’t gone through their faxes because they were backed up and piled up. As a result, I was asked to reschedule the appointment despite having done everything I was supposed to beforehand. More recently, I booked a last-minute sick visit for my baby. When I realized it was this same office, I was already a bit apprehensive. We waited nearly an hour in the waiting room, and we never actually saw a doctor.. only a nurse. The examination felt very rushed and lasted only about five minutes. During the visit, the nurse spent more time discussing her personal life and another patient’s experience than focusing on my child’s concerns. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian at Pediatric Associates PSL West. From the very first visit, Brian has consistently gone above and beyond to make our child feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is in the hands of someone who is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also deeply compassionate and patient. I have been with pediatric associates for over 10years. I started in North Miami Beach and now currently frequent Port St. Lucie office. I have never had a bad experience in any of their offices. The staff is always friendly and informative. The service is top tier everytime. The communication is awesome as well and they are very accommodating if I need a close schedule change. I love that they have offices all up the east coast of South Florida which makes it convenient if I need to have my kids seen while visiting family down in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, west palm beach as well as the main home town spot in Port St Lucie. It makes it a breeze of options to choose between multiple offices.

Everyone is always helpful. If having any questions, they’re always answered. They pay attention to your questions. The nurses are very nice and sweet. I’ve never had a problem been coming here for years. Doctors are great, but the nurses always hold the place together. 🥰🫶😍
